Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States.
Processing
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days of payment. A confirmation email with your order details is sent right after purchase.
Delivery
Once processed, expect delivery within 5–9 business days. Busy periods and customs checks can extend that estimate.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, and can follow your package on the carrier's website.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on every order across the United States.
Late or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived 20 business days after you placed it, email lbvventure@gmail.com with your order number. We investigate straight away and will either reship your order or refund it in full.
Packages That Arrive Damaged
If your order shows up damaged, photograph it and contact lbvventure@gmail.com within 72 hours. We send a replacement at no extra cost.
